I have dreamt about them every night since. Can I just say, these mushrooms changed my life. We ordered the satay chicken skewers, chicken nuggets and mushroom fritters for appetisers - all really tasty! For mains we had Coconut chicken curry (amazing sauce), Lemongrass fish (so fragrant), Stir fry veg and rice noodles (great subtle flavour and fresh veg), Broken Rice (amazing variety of things came with this dish, was a little bit dry but I should have just used more sauce) and the Salt and Chilli Mushrooms. What a find! Only my husband and I are veg, the rest of our group eat meat and they were singing the praises of the food that we tried, even those who swore they didn't want to eat any fake meat.
